Do you ever thought, what exactly relaxing means to you.

To your concern relaxing is period for human body which makes us feel refresh and full of energy. One way around to relax is to have a good sleep. Sleep dissolves all the envy, anger, emotions, distress and worry. I feel, unknowingly these days scrolling social media is deadly pattern of every human. This daily pattern of humans is often repetitive after every job, work, and task. Another deadly pattern is the watching YouTube videos or movies. Naturally, all these makes us happy, they does not really makes us relax. Leaving behind the day’s work at office, people sets themselves free to rejoice in their own way. There are number of way people makes themselves satisfied after day’s job. Definitely, one of those is scrolling social media. For sure, sleep is far away in the list.
Relaxing is a way through which our body gains energy and makes us feel refreshed. Is it possible, that you put your mobile phone away, and seat still for about 15 mins, and think of nothing, and just relax? can you detach yourself from your mobile phone, and other sorts of happy feeling things?
It seems, for most the answer is quite frank, they won’t be able to. They would never keep themselves quiet for 15 min without touching their phone or doing things that makes them feel satisfied. This is the biggest/toughest exam of this generation humans to which they have to appear and pass. Initially the feeling to be without your mobile is very much strange which can make you feel uneasy. The uneasy feeling can be so distressing that makes you uncomfortable. I agree first few days will be tremendously hard to resist your mind’s urge for any sort of device and keep you free, in order to be relaxed.
In that case, what’s the option that you can do in order to keep hands off the mobile etc? It’s pretty simple, lay down on your bed and close eyes, control your urge for mobile, laptop, movie etc. Just say to your own, I need to relax and feel fresh once I wake up.
Talking about sleep which I mentioned at the start is most needed to a human body. I would not dwell much on the details of sleep, since I am no expert, but would definitely say you will be relaxed after good amount of sleep. Just put away movies, mobile, worry, anger, stress and go to sleep whenever you get time. After waking you would be in better position to handle the most difficult task of your job, life or any events. To that said, world will not move upside down while you’re asleep. But, you would have the power to move the world a little once you wake up fresh.
