Anxious, does it sucks?

The one, who feels the fear of tomorrow, is anxious today. The apprehension of rejection, the expectation, makes us anxious today.

Fear of the object confronted in your way leads to create impulses that trigger fear in the brain (to be more specific amygdale). Being anxious is different from fear, though they are interconnected. Because, anxiety bears in the mind for uncertain things which might occur in future, yet not happened. Fear, on the other hand, is the perceived threat in reality which you have encountered.

Everyone has the experience of how it feels to be anxious about things which they thing might occur. The feeling it brings, such as repetitive thoughts, mental disturbance, unable to relax, or concentrate. It is the gravest feeling anyone would have. How do we deal with it?

Consciously speaking, our unconscious mind puts us in the situation where it brings us to the different scenario which might happen, if not corrected them. “That might happen” things causes’ anxiety. Anxiety is the imagination of expectation which has not yet taken place.

To deal with such kind of distressing situation wherein our mind is our enemy; I simply suggest, to stop thinking at that very moment. Because nothing you could do will change that situation, it will only cause you to suffer mentally. The reason for your anxiety will cause you more stress and will not allow time to be with your friends and family. Of course, you will have to deal with the fear which you think will occur, but in future. So, in between, you have time to take a step back and think over the solution for that fear. Unless you are in a seriously dangerous situation where you could lose your life and die.

Everyone’s temperament differs from each other; we all are nurtured in a different environment. Everyone has a different way to handle the anticipation of certain and uncertain things. But, everyone suffers from anxiety and fear, and to that extent, if it wouldn’t be anxiety, there would be no crops in the field, creativity would diminish the performance of students, and the athlete will become low.

So, does anxiety sucks?
